Our Expertise

Credible. Executable. Commercially sound.

Credible evidence. Executable judgement.

We analyse the relationships between corporate structure, decision-making authority, financial capacity, banking arrangements, contractual obligations, product availability, supply chain, inspection, logistics and commercial terms, establishing whether the transaction operates as a coherent whole.

Due Diligence

We always separate legal existence from transaction authority, a company can exist legally and still not have the right to sign this specific deal. We verify legal name, registration number, jurisdiction, registered address, directors, shareholders and UBOs against official registries, not against what the parties involved state. We map group structure and related-entity relationships, because licences, assets or capability cannot be transferred from one group entity to another without evidence supporting that transfer. We confirm licences, regulatory permissions and registered capital where available, and cross-check everything against an authoritative source, not documentation supplied by the party itself.

Compliance

Sanctions exposure changes daily, so screening is never a one-time snapshot. We cover OFAC, EU, UN, HMT and equivalent lists, PEP databases, and adverse media screening across global sources, applied not only to the main company but to its officers, UBOs and, where relevant, any escrow or inspection parties involved. Where the client's package allows it, we use paid, curated sources rather than free public records alone, the difference between a name that "looks clean" on a quick search and one that has actually been verified. For ongoing relationships, screening repeats, it doesn't freeze on the day of the first check, and generates alerts whenever the companies involved undergo material change.

Transaction Intelligence

We read a transaction the way a trader reads it, execution sequence, who carries the obligation at each step, and where money is exposed before the protections meant to cover it actually apply. That means testing product, quantity and origin against supply-chain reality, the payment structure and its triggers, the real feasibility of inspection and logistics, and the banking or financial-instrument documentation involved. We also test commercial plausibility, whether the proposed price, quantity and margin make sense for this specific product and this specific route, because a deal can be documentarily perfect and still make no sense in the real market.

Cross-Reference

This is where everything else comes together. Every material claim in a document is tested against every other document and external source in the same case, never assessed in isolation. We track the transaction's chronology to catch changes, price, quantity, bank, procedure, that shift over time without explanation. And we classify every conclusion on our evidence scale, from Confirmed Fact to Unverified Information, so a Red Flag is always tied to concrete evidence, never a vague suspicion.

Expertise is not what we have seen.
It is what lets us read what is happening,
and anticipate what comes next.
