DD1 is an individual Due Diligence analysis focused on one defined subject within an operation: a set of documents, a specific element of the operation, or a material concern requiring independent assessment. The service remains exclusively focused on that subject, without extending to the complete transaction structure or the other parties involved.
The analysis begins with the documents and information presented by the client. DDNC assesses their coherence, identifies inconsistencies and compares the principal elements against real, independent external sources, including corporate registries, regulatory information, sanctions, political exposure, operational presence and other data relevant to the subject being analysed.
The level of review is targeted and proportionate to the DD1 scope. It confirms the essential elements available, distinguishes verifiable facts from representations, and identifies gaps, limitations or Red Flags that may justify deeper analysis.
The result is presented in one final report on the selected subject. The service ends when that report is delivered.
